Axel Volkmar Jaeger
Axel Jaeger is a German consulting engineer and the former past chairman of the FIDIC Contracts Committee and former past member of the then FIDIC Executive Committee. Axel Jaeger was involved in the drafting of the FIDIC Orange Book, the 1999 FIDIC Rainbow Edition as well as in the FIDIC Gold Book. He has extensive international project experience gained worldwide. Currently he is a special advisor of the FIDIC Contracts Committee. He is a co-author of the book FIDIC for Practitioners and member of the German Dispute Adjudication Assessment Panel. He has received the Louis Pragney award.

Sebastian Hök is graduated in Law from Göttingen University and is a German solictor registered at the Berlin Bar. He has extensive international project and commercial experience gained while living and working in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. For the past 20 years he has been partner and senoir partner of the law firm Dr. Hök, Stieglmeier & Kollegen. Sebastian Hök is acting as arbitrator, adjudicator and legal counsel. He is also a fully accredited FIDIC trainer. Since 1997 until 2017 was a lecturer at Berlin University of Applied Science for construction management law. Since 2009 he is a FIDIC listed Dispute Adjudicator. He has served as a member of DABs in Armenia, Bosnia, Ethiopia, Germany, Kazaksthan, Mali, Mexico, Morrocco, Palestine and Tanzania. Sebastian Hök has written various books and articles in French, English and German on FIDIC forms of contract. He was involved in major projects in Africa, Asia, Europe and South America either as counsel or court expert. He is a co-author of the book FIDIC for Practitioners and member of the German Dispute Adjudication Assessment Panel and former past Chairman of Eurojuris Commission International Litigation. Since 2011 he advises two FIDIC Task Groups as legal advisor. Also he was the former past Chairman of the FIDIC Trainers´ Assessment Panel.

Robert Werth

Robert Werth is a Civil and Construction Engineer, experienced in international construction business, he is a FIDIC approved Adjudicator and a FIDIC accredited international Trainer for modules 1 and 2.
Robert Werth has over two decades of international experience gained when working with or on behalf of owners, operators, contractors, lawyers and consulting organisations, on numerous projects throughout Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Ukraine, Denmark, Serbia, Slovakia, Turkey, Czech Republic, Poland, Malts Cyprus, acting in various capacities, including advocate in pursuit and defence of claims, as an independent expert and/or as appointed Adjudicator in case of disputes.
He serves on FIDIC contracts, such as Red, Yellow, Silver, Gold, Yellow plus operation, Gold Book, White Book, or EPC-Contracts, also Concession-, BOT- or BOOT-agreements and various kinds of tailor made contracts.
Siobhan Fahey

Siobhan Fahey is a civil engineer operating as conciliator, arbitrator and adjudicator, and specialising in dispute resolution. She is also serving as Chairwoman of the FIDIC TG 9 (Design & Build Subcontract) and a member of the FIDIC Contracts Commitee. She is also a FIDIC approved adjudicator and a FIDIC accredited trainer for modules 1 and 2.

All listed trainers are welcomed speakers on international conferences such as the FIDIC Users´ Conferences in London, Afica, Middle East and Far East. Axel Jaeger and Sebastian Hök have conducted trainings throughout the world, in particular in Africa, Asia and Europe. Both trainers are fully FIDIC accredited. Siobhan Fahey and Robert Werth have become accredited FIDIC trainers for modules 1 and 2.
Nestor trainers have developed their own training kits and training materials which thy keep updated on a regular basis. All training kits are fully updated abd based upon 2017 FIDIC Conditions and fully taking in account the FIDIC Golden Principles [2019].
